We love to welcome visitors to the farm for our workshop days.  Many of our repeat guests say they keep coming back, not only for the fun of the day, but because we are such great hosts and for the relaxing yet productive day in a lovely environment....'ahhh...shucks'

Wherever possible we use locally sourced, second hand, vintage and recycled products.

We spend many happy hours searching for the buttons and braids, ribbons, fabrics, fibres and fleeces that go into every Craft-ee Wenches kit.

We stock a lovely range of alpaca fibres, merino wool tops and silk. Our embellishment packs are generous and have a great range of vintage and antique supplies in them. Suitable for scrapbookers, quilters, felters and all sorts of craft projects.

Alpaca are native to south America yet the ones who have produced the fibres in your pack live with Cheryl & Robbert Cook at Quilca Farm in Gippsland, Victoria.

We were in shearing mode just before Christmas and, of course, it had to be a 40+ degree day!

There are also 4 new baby alpacas who will be able to add to our felting supplies in the next shearing.  One of them is a Rose Grey colour...a colour that we have been trying to achieve or quite a while.

A few of our other girls are still in the waiting stage...as are we.  It is so much fun to have them arrive.  Lucky for us, alpacas generally give birth between 9am and 4pm so no late nights anxiously pacing the hallways.

We hope you have as much fun using our products as we have had putting them together.

Happy Felting
